The Apartment

Casa Parre is a large ground-floor apartment in a stand-alone block of six similar-sized holiday apartments. The apartment comfortably sleeps five people (two double beds and one single bed), and can offer a cot and high chair for small children on request.

An iron (plus ironing board), hairdryer and drying rack are available for use, and the apartment has thermostat-controlled central heating throughout.

We do not allow pets or smoking inside the apartment.

Master Bedroom

A large double bedroom, featuring a queen size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, CD player and alarm clock.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed, as well as a wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

Lounge Diner

The spacious lounge-diner contains the following:

• Three-seater leather sofa.
• Widescreen TV.
• DVD Player.
• VHS Player (and a large selection of cassettes in English).
• Extendible dining table for up to eight people.
• Large doors leading out to the patio area.

Kitchen

The kitchen offers most modern appliances, including:

• Gas hob.
• Microwave / Oven Combination.
• Dishwasher.
• Kettle.
• Toaster.
• Electric Grill.

Bathroom

The bathroom offers the usual facilities, including a bath/shower and large wash-basin. It also includes a washing machine.

Balcony

The small ground floor balcony (patio) area is enclosed by a fence, and opens out to the rarely used off-road parking area, where a single space is provided for the apartment. Additional off-road parking is located nearby if required. The patio receives the sun from early morning until early evening and offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. There are collapsible chairs and a portable table just inside the lounge for use outside.
